Head of State José Ramos-Horta this Friday held a bilateral meeting with Philippine President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. at the Malacañan Presidential Palace, in Manila, Philippines.
President Ramos-Horta was welcomed at Malacañan Palace by Philippine President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr, with a military parade.
The Head of State was accompanied by Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Bendito dos Santos Freitas, Philippine Ambassador to Timor-Leste Belinda Mariano Ante, Deputy Chief of General Staff Calistro Santos “Coliati” and others.
